Defending American Political Prisoners

Founded in 2015, the American Black Cross is a network of volunteers and activists dedicated to defending American prisoners of conscience, providing for their humanitarian relief, and to the abolition of the country’s industrial prisons systems:

The Black Cross acts as a civil liberties defense organization and an abolitionist and humanitarian network within the continental United States.  Our efforts begin with a focus on defending those who have been punished for opposing the United States government on the Internet.

Our current projects include:

Committing funds and resources for the legal efforts of Ross Ulbricht, whose bitterly unjust criminal conviction is now on appeal.
